Patient Relations
Nichole
I am new to Texas after spending the last three years living in Alaska. I live in Plano with my husband and seven year old son. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from The University of South Dakota (GO YOTES!) and have done various types of marketing and public relations roles, but this is my first time in a health care setting. I love cats, football, musicals and going on new adventures with my family!
I am really excited to be here at New Directions Chiropractic and look forward to being a part of helping you and your family on your journey to health!

I was born and raised in Coppell, Texas before moving away for college at Purdue University Fort Wayne. During my time there I met my fiancé and graduated with my bachelor’s degree in psychology. I moved back home to Texas in 2018 to be closer to family and also go back to school. I am currently at Texas Woman’s University studying for my MBA. My background is in customer service and human resources. I love interacting with patients and seeing them feel better. When I’m not at work I enjoy working out, cross stitching, and playing with our dog, Kona.
I am excited to be at New Directions Chiropractic with Dr. Harrison and interacting all of our wonderful patients. Health and wellness are an important part of my life and I love seeing Dr. Harrison passionate about it too!

After I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Gwynedd Mercy University in Pennsylvania, I had the opportunity to work at a pharmaceutical company. It was there I met and eventually married my husband Joel, a native Texan. Several new job adventures and three states later we landed in Frisco!
Although relocating can be stressful, it has made us closer as a family and has allowed us to meet many new and diverse people. The one thing that remained consistent with our moves was our love for working out and staying healthy. Our workouts now include our teenage son and our four-year-old golden-doodle! In recent years, the physical demands from our workouts have started to add up for both my husband and myself to the point where we started looking for something beyond ice packs and ibuprofen. Imagine our surprise when our journey led us to New Directions Chiropractic, where we learned that our focus on health was completely missing the crucial communication “between” mind and body through our central nervous system!
I started working at New Directions Chiropractic in April of 2017 and it has been a pleasure watching Dr. Harrison teach and inspire families to live their lives well-adjusted, full of energy, happiness and health!

I am a Texas-born girl who found my way north to attend the University of Oklahoma. It was there I met Jonathon (the guy who studied too much, hah!) and fell in love with him and his natural ability to connect with people!
Since family has always been so important to us, it was only natural that our vision for the practice we would build together would keep family at the center! We wanted people to see that there was a way to be proactive about their health…they no longer had to just wait until something happened to them. We knew we could be a doctor’s office that provided answers and solutions rather than covering and maintaining symptoms! So with all of that in mind and people on our hearts, New Directions Chiropractic was born!
I have worked along side Dr. Jonathon since the beginning and have seen New Directions Chiropractic blossom into something we could never have dreamed of! The opportunity to give parents hope often when they had none left, see kids go from struggling to thriving or watch frustrated families find connection, is something we feel privileged and honor to be a part of. We pray that we continue to bring health and hope to families in our community for a long time to come!
